How do you deal with politics in the workplace? What is the most sacred resource? Are you brave and tell the truth or do you prefer to go with the flow? Politics is all around us, we negotiate our way from morning coffee purchase at a local coffee shop, to getting a seat on a bus or a subway, to agreeing or not to take on another project, canceling your after-work meeting due to a change in priorities….. These are all politics of decisions.
So how do you fare…?!?
